Class Presentations from JWU
We were lucky enough to be selected by Professor Kristen Regine at Johnson and Wales University to be a client of her Retail Executive Decision Making class. The three teams presented their final marketing and social media recommendations to us this morning and agreed to pose for a photo afterward (with Prof Regine in her brilliant orange!). Thanks to everyone for your research and proposals!

RISD Critique: Underwear you say?
A few weeks ago I met with Rhode Island School of Design students Julia, Katharine, and Jessica because they were working on a project for their Responsive Apparel wintersession class that involved my area of expertise. Not only were they working on underwear, they created "fuctional" underwear prototypes for catheter users. I won't go into detail, but the project involved research on the problems catheter users face (apparently many don't wear underwear because it's unwieldy and uncomfortable), sketching out designs, and then actually sewing up three pairs of undies. I was super impressed by their research findings and for amateur sewers, the prototypes looked comfy and cute. Plus they did all the work in about two weeks so they get extra points for getting things done quickly. Here's a photo below from their critique class showing off the finished prototypes.

"Be Fine" photo recap
We heart our interns! Lauren and Emily filled in last Thursday night at the Be Fine Valentine's event at Blue Suede and did a super job setting up the Sexy Period table (and rocking the photobooth)!

12 to watch in 2012
Thanks to GoLocalProv.com for naming me as one of their 12 to Watch in 2012! Always fun to remember my Girl Scout cookie days-- "Growing up in a small town in Kentucky with a population of 2,490 and one of the state's highest unemployment rates, Sygiel sold 10,000 boxes of Girl Scout cookies during her 12 years of scouting. Ten thousand." Coincidentally, I just ordered a box of cookies today and cannot wait to get them!
Starting Up In The Ocean State
The past few weeks have felt like an alumni overdose (in a good way of course). On Oct 18th I spoke at a Brown Women in Business meeting along with handbag designer Andrea Valentini (we gotta pay it forward to other potential fempreneurs!). Then I was invited to be on an alumni panel on Nov 1st for engineering students. The new school of engineering must be doing something right because the students asked a ton of interesting questions (and refreshments were a step up from the pizza we used to eat when I lived at Barus & Holley).
All good things come in threes, and the final event rounding out an alumni-filled few weeks is happening tomorrow at RICIE! I'm sure there's still room if you want to stop by for the "Starting Up in the Ocean State" panel highlighting "Success Stories from the RI Business Community." Other panelists are Charlie Kroll ’01 from Andera, Deb Schimberg ’80 from Verve, and Max Winograd ’09 from NuLabel. The event runs from 6-8pm and you can sign up here (no need to be a Brown alum).
Friday Fashion Find 9/2: Sonia Satchel by Andrea Valentini
This week is Style Week, so in honor of this fabulous week of fashion we are going to show some RI love with our Friday Fashion Find. We have been loving Andrea Valentini's new collection, and this satchel is no different! We adore the texture and shape and we can't wait to get our hands on one!

Style Week: Interview with Rosanna Ortiz Sinel
Style Week Providence is finally here, and at SPHQ we are totally psyched because we have an awesome presentation on Wednesday August 31 at 6pm before the runway show, so be sure to buy your tickets here to check us out. We decided that in order to kick off Style Week right, we should head over to the PPAC to get some one on one time with founder Rosanna Ortiz Sinel...
Come see what's under our skirts
With Style Night Out rescheduled because of Irene's lovely visit this weekend, we are even more excited to participate in Style Week Providence this Wednesday! Our models will rock dresses and fans in true Marilyn Monroe style, so stop by at 6pm to catch a glimpse of the undies if you are in the Rhode Island area. A ticket to our display at 6pm also guarantees admission to the following two runway shows. As a side note, I saw Marilyn's talent on screen this weekend for the first time ever in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Despite the fact that that I am brunette and watched it with two other brunette friends (so we are clearly in disagreement with the title), it was hilarious and we found Marilyn to be quite charming. I only hope she wasn't that ditzy in real life.

Earthquake Protocol
Everyone is talking about this whole east coast earthquake thing, so we figured we might as well jump on the bandwagon and put our two cents in on earthquake protocol at SPHQ.
I'm going to start off by being honest. First, we don't have any earthquake protocol. Our office is in Providence, Rhode Island, and when is there ever an earthquake in RHODE ISLAND? Second, I'm not really even sure that the earthquake hit Rhode Island, because i'm not going to lie, I didn't feel it. It's like it forgot about us, the smallest state with the longest name got totally skipped over. It hit Boston, New York and DC, but not Providence.
Here is how it went down at SPHQ. We were all sitting the office going about our normal office activities (that is actually kind of a lie because I was in the kitchen making tea, but that's besides the point). Suddenly, Julie felt slightly dizzy (we are going to assume the dizziness is a side effect of earthquakes) and then it passed. As you can see the earthquake was a big deal at SPHQ because, thanks to Twitter, we realized there had been an earthquake about 20 minutes after it happened. In light of the yesterday's events, we have decided to implement some actual earthquake protocol. We weren't really sure what standard earthquake protocol is, since we are all from the east coast, so we decided to do some research. After checking out the FEMA website with the official earthquake protocol, we have deduced, after all of our experience with earthquakes, what is actually necessary. SPHQ earthquake protocol is as follows:
"Stay as safe as possible during an earthquake" is a direct quote from FEMA that we find extremely important. However, we find it is most important to know that an earthquake is occuring in order to stay safe, so the first step is clearly to go on the internet and google "Earthquake Providence" and if any news results come up then there is most likely an earthquake. Once that is confirmed, things get a little tricky because our office is a glass box with a not very sturdy chandelier and an elevator right outside. Therefore, the conclusion is to go to our doorway frame because it seems pretty sturdy. Once it is confirmed that the earthquake is over, it is then necessary to update facebook with the obligatory earthquake status, preferably something witty, and tweet something else about the earthquake (just from that last step you can tell that we did not have this protocol in place yesterday because we neither facebooked nor tweeted about the earthquake).
Now that we have the protocol in place we are quite excited to be earthquake safe; however, is this protocol even really necessary since the earthquake wasn't even the most exciting thing that happened to us yesterday? I mean, we did some pretty exiciting things yesterday, in fact, I went on a great bike ride, Catherine went out for burgers and watched "What Not to Wear", and Julie got a free dinner! All in all the earthquake really didn't cramp our style, especially because our Sexy Period undies had our butts covered.
Check Out Our New Photos!
Have you checked out the homepage of our website lately? Isn't the new picture kind of awesome? Well, check out the rest of the pics from our summer photo shoot and the fun behind the scenes video (Ramya is kind of a genius with editing).
Now, we just had another photoshoot on Monday, with the wonderful and amazing Trisha Kelly, but we haven't released the photos yet. We are collaborating with her for the Artist's Closet event at the Warwick Museum of Art in October, so this photoshoot is a little preview. We thought we might give you a little sneak peak of some behind the scenes pics from this one (don't you feel lucky?)!

I'm so psyched to see the final product... aren't you?
Guest Post: Allison and Sierra from Clementine Lime!
Here at SPHQ we try to keep clean and stay organized, but when things start to get a little hectic all of that goes out the window. Let's just say that our office isn't always spotless. Luckily for us, we have the girls at Clementine Lime, fellow RI ladies, to give us some advice on how to organize that oh-so-important top drawer in our dresser (the one that holds all our lovely unmentionables!).
---

We try to stay organized from the inside out. One problem area, though, is our dressers and closets - it’s so easy to let those areas get overwhelmed. Keeping drawers organized is something that takes time and practice - every little bit we can do to get there is great. Oh, and when we mention drawers...we mean undies (yes, we still call them undies, thank you).
Organizing your Lingerie
1) Go through your inventory
-Toss anything stained, ripped or ill-fitting
-Donate any bras/undies that you never wore or have gently worn
(It’s time to say farewell to that hot little lacy number that you bought with hopeful intentions of fitting into. Sigh.)
It’s hard getting rid of things like this, but there are a number of great organizations like The Bra Recyclers who donate gently-used bras to breast cancer survivors. You can also donate to your local Salvation Army, Goodwill or Savers (Savers here in RI supports Big Sisters of RI with every sale).
CL doesn’t think you should have a limit to the amount of bras and panties you have-- but you should have a varied supply of panties for working out, “sexy time,” every day and sleeping in.
Taking inventory is a great way to see what you may have “too much” of, and what you should keep in mind next time you’re lingerie shopping (who doesn’t have a tendency to always need more undies!).
2) Sort by piece and color
Panties- sort by type ie: bikini, thong, boy-shorts, hiphuggers and your stash of Sexy Period panties for that time-of-the-month.
Bras- sort by color for easy grab and go. We sort from lightest to darkest, since white and nude bras are worn most often, but do what works best for your wardrobe.
-make sure to fold your bras’ cups into each other. This makes them easier to organize and helps reinforce the cup, making them stay longer
3) Mentionable unmentionables
Hang teddies, babydolls and other pieces on hangers to minimize wrinkling. If you’d like, find a padded hanger to make the piece feel special...and a little sexy!
Store fun scarves in a basket, or hang on a few hooks. Scarves make great decorating accents tied to doorknobs and it’s the perfect piece to grab when you’re heading out the door.
Since here in New England we are in hot, pre-tight wearing weather, go through your stash and toss anything that has rips or holes. You don’t want to put on a pair to later this fall realize a hole in the thigh!
4) Find a storage solution that works for YOU.
It doesn’t need to be fancy. But trust us, keep your panties separated by type for easy dressing every morning - it will help you dress more quickly.
-For top drawer storage, Ikea’s Komplement collection keeps folded undies neat and tidy, but still viewable. At $20 for the box, it’s a steal.
-If you want to put your beautiful bras on “display,” The Container Store has special bra boxes that are the right fit on a closet shelf. The boxes allow for easy folding and you can grab a box for each color to stay organized-- perfect!
-If you’re tight on storage, you can find clear, stack-able drawers at your local Target to fit your panties, bras and other under-things (socks, tights, seasonal pieces) for about $20-25 each. Perfect size for the dorm room or under a bed!
5) Don’t spend money if you don’t have to
If you don’t want to spend any money (which, we’re big fans of), you can also make your own dividers pretty easily. Try playing with larger-sized gift boxes nestled together, or even the simple cardboard dividers used in 12-packs of beer. This may take some creativity in folding, but it’ll work! Look around your home for unused containers and materials that can serve as clever storage.
Try covering your cardboard holders in pretty gift wrap, kraft paper or contact paper. Not only will it look nicer, but help reinforce the fold and keep it intact. With a little paint or mod-podge love, anything you put together will be cohesive as well as functional.
6) Use what you already have to stay organized
CL loves shopping in our own homes-- look around your house for unused baskets, bins and containers. It’s always fun to re-purpose and give an old basket a new life full of cute panties.
7) Keep it fresh
We like to place a dryer sheet in drawers to keep things smelling great. We love Mrs. Meyer’s Lavender dryer sheets. You can even spritz your favorite perfume in the drawer for a fresh scent.

Thanks for the advice ladies!!!
Lunch Date with Sexy Period: Food Truck Tuesday!
For the past three weeks, we have been saying "Let's go to Lunch Truck Tuesday" and, of course, without fail, we forget to go, but not this week. Today, for the first time ever, the Sexy Period Team ventured over to Grant's Block for Lunch Truck Tuesday.
Some of the food trucks in Providence, Like No Udder, Hewtin's Dogs, and Poco Loco, gather every Tuesday during lunch time on one block in downtown Providence. Pretty awesome, right?? Here are some pics of our adventure!
On our way to the lunch trucks

We can finally see them...

Then we got too hungry to take any pictures of our food, so that will just have to remain a mystery.
What's a Deal Bird?
Want a deal on your Sexy Period undies? Check out our friends at Deal Bird for a discount on a pair at the Alayne White Spa in Providence.

Why do we love Deal Bird? We can search for all our favorite stores and restaurants on the site with no time limit on joining a deal, it was created by another Brown University alum, and it is a Providence based startup. If you live in the Providence area, check it out!
Photo talk with Krzystyna Caldarone
After we had a blast during our photoshoot with Krzystyna Caldarone from Vintage Girl Studios the other week, we decided that we absolutely have to have a little interview session with her for our blog. So we chatted her up, and we got her to come into our offices for a little one on one!

SP: How did you first get into photography?
KC: I started at the age of 15. I took photo cause I thought it would be an easy class to skip, and I skipped it, and I was about to fail it and my parents said ‘how can you fail a photography class?' so I kinda crash coursed it and realized that I kinda liked it.
SP: Tell me about Vintage Girl Studios.
KC: Vintage Girl Studios is a women empowerment type experience as well as a great photo experience. Women come in and have their hair and make up done and then we photograph them like models from past eras.
SP: What was your first photo that you were really proud of?
KC: There are so many. I have certain photos throughout my career. There is one photo of a portrait in motion of my best friend at the time, when I was 16, and then I have another photo where I had broken into a mental institution that was closed down and I got a really great photo of a bath tub and birds. I have certain photos off the top of my head that have redefined my career and changed its direction. Like there was a wedding that I shot there was a big cake smashing and I caught that moment right at the right time.
SP: Do you have a favorite subject to photograph?
KC: My children. I love shooting them, and I hate shooting them. Both at the same exact time. They are always a challenge to photograph because when mom says 'sit there' they are not going to sit there. I have a much easier time photographing other people's children than my own.
SP: Do you have any particular current inspiration?
KC: My current inspiration is photos from the 1800s: the lighting situations, the exposures, the cameras , the process and because we are in such a generation where we look at photography on our computers on our phones we don’t really have that process of what to get an actual images was. We are so used to looking at digital images that we haven't seen anything from the past in so long. I’m a good generation of photographer because I’ve been in the industry, since, working specifically with film, before there was internet, before there was digital so I’ve watched the whole photography industry change into this whole digital world, and its kinda hard to keep up but I’m young enough and excited enough to change with them. Whereas some older photographers had a harder transition. It’s a whole other universe tying it in with photography and video.
SP: Are there any photographers that you look up to or who inspire you?
KC: It really depends on time. I remember I was into Nan Goldin in the 90s because that was that era, and she hit it on the head. I love Cindy Sherman’s costuming and that , from an art background kind of thing. I tend to like them, but I really try to find photographers with imagery that I like. Right now I look into history about different studios in NY in vaudeville times, and I love studying up on those and seeing what they created and how they created it because it wasn’t done with studio cameras and lights but with natural light. It’s almost taking a step back into time.
SP: Do you think technology helps or hinders you in your 1800s style photographs?
KC: It almost is like digital is very easy but film is like a labor to get to the point where you want. If you can see it in your mind and then actually transform in onto a piece of paper, that whole process without having to put it into a computer but you also have to know your computer stuff.
SP: Now I've some more fun questions for you. How do you get your caffeiene: coffee or tea?
KC: Mountain dew
SP: Best summertime dessert?
KC: Dells, the little chunks of lemon in it. Mmm.
SP: Best summertime activity?
KC: I really like to swim. I like swimming a lot. I teach swimming. I teach baby swim.
SP: Do you ever end up in front of the camera?
KC: Not if I can help it, once in a while.
SP: What’s your favorite Sexy Period style?
KC: I like friday night fabulous, the cheeky
SP: Fourth of July plans?
KC: Beach house in Narragansett
SP: Anything else to share?
KC: I love the concept of Sexy Period because I feel that you guys are embracing womanhood in a way that you show everyone that, yeah it might be that time of the month, but this is who I am, and this is what I have on, and I feel great about this time of the month because it makes me a woman.
It's Bikini Season
The fourth of July is less than a week away, and I know we are all heading to the beach. So, what better (and necessary) time to get a bikini wax? Alayne White from Alayne White Spas was kind enough to give us some special bikini wax advice! And did we mention that Sexy Period undies are now available at the Alayne White Spa in Providence? Cause they are and we are so excited!

Lunch date with Sexy Period : Beets
Summer has officially started and we are ready to romp around in the sunshine, go to the beach, wear cute summer dresses and have yummy picnics. So we are starting the summer with our newest addition to the Sexy Period blog: a little food, recipe, and lunch date advice.
We went to our local farmers market the other day to pick up some veggies for the week and found one of our favorites looking perfectly ripe: beets!

Ok, so we know what you're thinking beets=red=period and well, yes, we were thinking that but we were mostly thinking about how delicious and nutritious beets are. I mean come on, you pop them in the oven for a little while and the rock hard radish-like veggie turns into a moist, sweet and amazingly tasty and sophisticated vegetable. Now we could go on and on about how great beets are and how much we love them but instead (to save a little time and energy) here's a quick top 5 list of reasons to eat beets:
1. They taste good. Like really good.
2. Beets are both rich in antioxidants and an anti-inflammatory agent.
3. They're an aphrodisiac. Enough said.
4. You can eat the green part too and it's super delicious. Can you say two for the price of one???
5. They were presented by the Greeks to the sun god Apollo in the temple at Delphi (kind of random but definitely a fun fact).
(One minor downside: beet juice definitely stains, but there's always bleach).
Now, you didn't think that we decided to do this post just to brag to you about our fresh beets from the farmers market, did you? Not at all, we have the perfect recipe for your summertime picnic (which we will be having as soon as we get out of the office).
Roasted Beets with Kale and Quinoa
serves 2-3
1 bunch of red beets
1 bunch of golden beets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup water
Kale (whatever kind you wish and as much as you desire to fill you up!)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Goat cheese
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Cut greens off of the beets and save for a later use (they're really good, I swear). Wash the beets, scrubbing when necessary to remove all the dirt. Put the washed beets on a generous piece of tin foil and pour 1 tablespoon of the olive oil over them and sprinkle with salt and peper. Pull the tin foil around the beets completely covering them to make a little pouch and put in the oven to roast for 45 minutes or until tender when poked with a fork.
While you're waiting for the beets to roast, boil the water and then add the quinoa and turn the stove down to medium heat and cover, cooking until the water is completely dissolved and the quinoa is done, about 20-30 minutes.
Tear or cut the kale into bite sized pieces, put in a salad bowl and massage (yes, massage, that is a legitimate cooking term). In a small bowl mix together the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the lemon juice mixture over the kale and continue to massage.
When the beets are roasted and cooled, peel off the skin and cut into bite sized pieces. Add the beets to the kale, sprinkle the goat cheese on top and toss to mix adding salt and pepper as needed. If you wish, put the quinoa in with the kale mixture, but I prefer to keep it seperate and simple. Add some salt and pepper. Serve, eat, and enjoy!

Doesn't that look yummy? I can guarantee you it was, and it would probably be even better sitting on a picnic blanket outside!

Meet Our Watercolor Artist: Pamela Baron
If your favorite style of Sexy Period panties is Blossoming Beauty, you’ve got one main woman to thank: Pamela Baron. She’s the RISD grad behind those wonderful watercolor flowers that adorn the Blossoming Beauty waistband. Not only is she a talented artist, but she’s also got a rocking sense of humor. Check out more of Pamela's work at her site, and read on to hear what she has to say about tape art, cross-country dads, and learning from each other.
What’s the snack food you’re addicted to?
Hands down, Comanzo & Co.’s Whole Wheat Pumpkin Biscotti. Locally made in Smithfield, RI and amazingly delicious! Seriously, these things make me have a better day.
What motivated you to become an artist?
I always thought I wanted to be a comic book artist until the late Al DeCredico taught me about abstract art. It was from there that I really began pushing the limits of what I could do and exploring myself as an artist.
What’s the last book you read?
“A Supposedly Funny Thing I’ll Never Do Again” by David Foster Wallace. So. Funny.
When you’re not busy being a fabulous artist, what do you like to do with your time?
I love doing Tape Art at the Providence Community Acupuncture Clinic, running outside when the weather is nice and baking for my friends and family.
Got any hobbies?
Glass blowing. I learned how in high school and worked throughout college at a local hot shop. It’s a strangely addictive hobby.
Tell us something embarrassing about yourself!
Well, when I was a rebellious teen, I attempted to sneak off with a boy. My plot failed miserably since my Dad caught me and he chased me around the neighborhood for hours. We both laugh about it now, but I sure put his high school cross-country days to test!
If you had to trade lives with someone for a year, who would you pick?
A competitive athlete. Dancers, marathon runners, gymnasts -- I have so much respect for the level of commitment those people have.
What’s the best advice you ever got?
People come together to teach each other lessons. It’s up to you to have the clarity to find out what those things are and learn.
What’s your favorite style of Sexy Period underwear?
I love the Blossoming Beauty in cheeky!
Julie presents at Pecha Kucha
On Monday I presented at Pecha Kucha! Watch below for more on what life is like as a period underwear executive!
Video highlights from Style Week!
Style Week Providence!
Style Week Providence was absolutely amazing. Not just because of the other fabulous accessory designers (check out this week’s Friday Fashion Find!), the extravagant runway shows, or the eye-catching showcase our Sexy Period models put on (though hey, none of those hurt)…but mostly because of the wonderful enthusiasm and excitement we got from all of you!!! The Sexy Period table was bubbling with women delightedly eyeing, holding, and learning about Sexy Period panties, chatting to each other and to us about how they were going to purchase a pair for themselves, their sisters, daughters, and friends! And we’re right there with them in our excitement. Here are some Style Week pictures to tide you (and us) over until our limited 500 pair Preview Sale Release only three very short days away!!

Meet Our Stylist: Jennie Kay Murphy
When we saw Jennie Kay do Laura’s styling for our first Sexy Period photoshoot, we had to do just about everything to restrain ourselves from holding her hostage for the sole purpose of making us look good every morning. Not only did she put effortless-looking curls into Laura’s hair but she also crafted killer makeup. Jennie owns her own salon in Rhode Island and has worked on everything from 27 Dresses to Jersey Boys to Snoop Dogg. With a total genuine personality to boot, we’d say Jennie’s the ultimate stylist in our book. Maybe if we buy her pistachios she’ll do our makeup every morning??
What’s your favorite thing about being involved with Sexy Period?
I really loved being involved with young motivated people. I know Sexy Period won’t be able to keep these panties on the shelf and I was really excited to be there for the 1st photoshoot.
What motivated you to become a stylist?
Believe it or not the first time I saw Mrs. Doubtfire and The Mask I said I wanted to do hair and makeup for films.
If you had to trade lives with someone for a year, who would you pick?
Tim Burton…I would like to know what goes on in his head.
What’s the snack food you’re addicted to?
Well I’m pregnant right now so it really depends on the day …….today maybe pistachios!
Got any hobbies?
I like crafts, yoga, and sitting in Barnes and Noble reading magazines.
What’s playing on repeat on your iPod right now?
Katy Perry and Sugarland.
What’s your favorite style of Sexy Period underwear?
Blossoming beauty!
What’s the best advice you ever got?
Don’t over analyze everything, and be patient.
Be sure to check out Jennie’s site at www.jenniekaybeauty.com!
Friday Fashion Find 11/12: Stella Marie Soap
Can soap be fashionable? I vote yes. Far beyond regular suds-makers, Stella Marie is in the spotlight today with their bright, beautiful soap bars. I met Kim, founder of Stella Marie Soap Company, at the fundraiser this week for the Center for Women and Enterprise. When I asked how the company’s name came to be, she said that she named it after her two grandmothers, Stella and Marie. She’s lucky her grandmothers have names that go together so nicely… Seriously though, I love that she’s recognizing their influence in her life. Check out their creations online or if you’re in the Providence area, stop by Rhody Craft 100 in Hope Artiste (convenient if you’re there for the Farmers’ Market on Sat & Wed)!

Our favorite Halloween costume
Some people are more imaginative than others when it comes to Halloween costumes… Case in point, I was a princess 5 years in a row. The award for best costume this year goes to our friend Marie who surprised us with the idea to wear a sexy dress with a period in front. Definitely the most glamorous ensemble of the night don’t you think? This girl is sexy. Period.

Friday Fashion Find 10/29: Berk’s Shoes
What can we say, Berk’s clothing and shoe shop on Thayer Street (Providence) has stolen our heart, but that’s old news. We love the unique brands they supply and the chic feminine clothing that stocks their racks and fills their shelves. And oh, the shoes—from Converse All Stars to Steve Madden pumps to Frye boots, they’ve got it. What more could a girl want? Julie even rocked a pretty blue floral dress from Berk’s in our stop motion film that’ll be coming to our homepage very soon. Keep an eye out for the stop motion and check out Berk’s on Thayer St. in Providence or in Harvard Square to keep you busy in the meantime!!
PS–Berk’s has guys’ shoes too!

If the underwear fits, wear it
We are working on production samples (they’re starting to look super cute!) and it’s time for fit models to try the samples to see if they are too big or too small to just right. The term “fit model” can be misleading, as you don’t need to be fit or in shape when trying on the production samples. In fact, we need all sizes so we can find out if each pair from XS to XL is fitting as intended. All you have to do is show up to a few fitting sessions in the Providence area that will last about a half hour each.
The best part about being a fit model is that the undies are designed to fit YOU perfectly! If you’re chosen as the designated fit model for a specific size, you’ll be a VIP at our Preview Sale Party this winter and we’ll also thank you with a free pair of Sexy Period when we officially launch next year.
All you need to do is take simple measurements described below to see if you fit into our size categories and then email me (Julie@eulieintimates.com) to let me know you’re interested. Pretty please tell your friends too!

Friday Fashion Find 8/13: Diana by Lauren Merkin
Who said Friday the 13th was unlucky? With Diana, there’s no way that you’ll be caught off guard on this Friday. We love Lauren Merkin’s clutch slash purse slash crossbody shoulderbag in this versatile accessory that comes in every shade of the handbag rainbow.
Though at $195 it may be a tad pricy for our entrepreneur budgets, we can think of tons of ways to rationalize this mini splurge. A) You can use this bag anywhere, anytime. B) Lauren Merkin’s a Brown grad (like us)! C) C’mon…it’s a bag…and it’s so darn cute.
