Friday Fashion Find 1/27: Cropped Jacket by Emily Muller
Happy Friday! I am back from Paris (photos coming this weekend!) and am pumped to go to Style Week Providence tonight. Today's fashion find is a cropped leather and twill jacket by Boston designer Emily Muller who held an installation last night at Style Week. The jacket below has just enough detail to be interesting without being overwhelming.

Style Week: Interview with Rosanna Ortiz Sinel
Style Week Providence is finally here, and at SPHQ we are totally psyched because we have an awesome presentation on Wednesday August 31 at 6pm before the runway show, so be sure to buy your tickets here to check us out. We decided that in order to kick off Style Week right, we should head over to the PPAC to get some one on one time with founder Rosanna Ortiz Sinel...
Come see what's under our skirts
With Style Night Out rescheduled because of Irene's lovely visit this weekend, we are even more excited to participate in Style Week Providence this Wednesday! Our models will rock dresses and fans in true Marilyn Monroe style, so stop by at 6pm to catch a glimpse of the undies if you are in the Rhode Island area. A ticket to our display at 6pm also guarantees admission to the following two runway shows. As a side note, I saw Marilyn's talent on screen this weekend for the first time ever in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Despite the fact that that I am brunette and watched it with two other brunette friends (so we are clearly in disagreement with the title), it was hilarious and we found Marilyn to be quite charming. I only hope she wasn't that ditzy in real life.

Style Week Providence!
Style Week Providence was absolutely amazing. Not just because of the other fabulous accessory designers (check out this week’s Friday Fashion Find!), the extravagant runway shows, or the eye-catching showcase our Sexy Period models put on (though hey, none of those hurt)…but mostly because of the wonderful enthusiasm and excitement we got from all of you!!! The Sexy Period table was bubbling with women delightedly eyeing, holding, and learning about Sexy Period panties, chatting to each other and to us about how they were going to purchase a pair for themselves, their sisters, daughters, and friends! And we’re right there with them in our excitement. Here are some Style Week pictures to tide you (and us) over until our limited 500 pair Preview Sale Release only three very short days away!!
Women were ecstatic to learn how soft Sexy Period panties are!

Friday Fashion Find 1/28: Mallory Musante Shoes
Ever heard of hand painted shoes? Mallory Musante paints each and every one of her gorgeous signature heels as shown below. We met her last weekend at Style Week Providence and she told us about the shoe painting process. The amount of detail and thought that goes into every pair is impressive. We love the eye catching designs plus Mallory is super sweet and her enthusiasm for shoes is contagious. Check them out at www.mallorymusanteshoes.com!

We're getting ready...
The Sexy Period team is brimming with excitement about our Style Week presentations coming up! Of course we’ve been hard at work to make sure that our accessory display is just as glamorous as you are (we know, we’re shooting for the stars). Just a few things you’ve got to look forward to: pretty pink model pedestals, picture-adorned Preview Sale cards, and our smiling faces (what more could you want?)!
Also, a BIG thank you goes to Johnson & Wales student Christine for all of her help on everything from printing to designing Preview Sale cards (pick them up at our table this week!) to building boxes.
Remember! Come to Style Week Providence at the Biltmore 3:30-6:30 Wednesday-Friday to stop by our Accessory Showcase, and be sure to be there Friday at 5 for our special live presentation!!
